GOAL: In recognition of International Day of the Girl launch the #VowForGirls social campaign with a video that brings together 13 leading activists across issues–from racial justice and immigration to youth rights–to raise awareness and funds for programs providing critical resources to girls at risk of child marriage.

Take the Vow.

Every year 12 Million girls are married before they turn 18. That’s one girl married every 3 seconds. Child marriage robs girls of their basic human rights to health, education, and safety, which puts them at greater risk of violence and poverty.

Vow For Girls, an anti-child marriage non-profit organization, wants to end that tragic domino effect.

β€œIf you care about justice, you should care about girls. […] We want girls to grow up in a world that values them, where they are free from the injustice and harm caused by early marriage.”
