Employee Recognition Campaign: Words and names are first seen as scattered pieces that come together and change to letters, mimicking a solution being “decoded.” Combining heroic portraiture with bold typography presents our partners as central to ‘The Big Solve.’

DIGITAL TIME CAPSULE

An online experience asks employees to answer questions focused on the changes happening in the energy sector. Based on their answers, a customized "molecule” is created and added to a larger network, becoming searchable via a landing page.

  • This series was proposed to introduce audiences to some of the people that help shape the Permian Basin. Showing their day-to-day lives and giving viewers a different perspective on ExxonMobil’s work in the area.

  • To prove it, we proposed creating a content series and interactive ma that lets you travel the roadways of the Permian Basin to see how local economies and cultures have been shaped by the energy industry.
